Yes, since our packages contain age-restricted items (18+), an adult signature is required at the time of delivery. This means the package cannot be left at your door without verifying the signature or the presence of an adult.
If you’re not available during the delivery, the driver will leave a notice with the details of the nearest service point where you can pick up your package.
